Since 1919, Buttle’s has been built on strong family values, exceptional customer service and a commitment to supporting our people. Joining Team Buttle means becoming part of an independent business with over a century of heritage, where you'll work alongside friendly, like-minded colleagues across our network of branches.

We are proud to hold the Investors in People (IIP) accreditation – the recognised standard for people management and a hallmark of a great place to work. It reflects our commitment to ensuring our teams are fully trained, highly engaged and equipped to provide outstanding service to our customers.

As part of the IIP accreditation process, all our employees were invited to participate in an employee engagement survey, with 76% of respondents saying they would recommend Buttle’s as a great place to work.

We invest in our team members’ personal and professional development through a wide range of training opportunities. From online learning and technical product modules to personal skills development, on-the-job training, formal learning sessions and secondments to internal projects, we provide the support you need to develop your skills and build a rewarding career at Buttle’s.
