Our branches are closed on Tuesday 24th December, normal hours resume 2nd January 2025.
Here are the answers to some of the questions we get asked the most, if you can't find out what you need, please do call us on 0800 252587 and we'll do our best to help.
1) I have a credit account with Buttles, can I use this online?
Yes, you can use your account on line to book deliveries and to arrange a click & collect. You can also check your account balance, review your invoices and make payments.
2) When will I get my order?
Once you have paid for your order a member of staff will be in contact with you to arrange delivery.
3) Do you deliver nationally?
We only deliver within a local area around our branches, however if you have a requirement further afield we still may be able to help, give us a call on 0800 25 25 87
4) What are your opening hours?
We are open at all our branches from 7am Mon-Fri
We close at 5pm Mon-Fri at Leighton Buzzard, St.Albans, Enfield and PlumberPal. We close at 4pm Mon-Fri at Kentish Town
Leighton Buzzard, St.Albans & Enfield are open 8am-12.30pm Saturdays.
5) Do you offer timber cutting services?
Yes, all our branches have timber and sheet material cutting facilities and fully trained staff to use them.
6) How do I open a credit account with you?
Pop into one of our branches and fill out an application form, or alternatively call us on 0800 25 25 87 or email us at sales@buttle.co.uk and we'll post a form out to you.
7) How will I get my order off your delivery vehicle?
Most of our vehicles have a crane offload facility, which we use to to unload our lorries and place goods where you need them (or as close as we can)
8) I have a larger project which I need a quote on, who should I contact?
Please give us a call on 0800 25 25 87 or drop us an email xxxx@buttle.co.uk and we'll arrange for someone to give you a call
10) Can you match my existing brickwork for me?
We will do our best, if you are able to provide a sample or a good quality image then The Team will do their best to identify the brick or provide a suitable alternative if it is no longer made.
11) What are your delivery charges?
Delivery is free for all Trade Account, Premier Card Holders and on orders over £120 which are made from our branches, for orders under £120 there £15 charge. For orders delivered direct from our Suppliers there may be a charge which is product / supplier dependent and will be detailed on the product page.
